पृथ्व्या प्रेरितम्, जीवनाय निर्मितम्
Inspired by Earth. Designed for Life.
Bhūtatvam is derived from two Sanskrit words — Bhū, meaning Earth, and Tattvam, meaning principle.
Together, it represents the fundamental essence of the Earth.
It reflects a way of thinking where design emerges from the intrinsic qualities of land — its soil, climate, memory, and life.
At Bhootattva, this philosophy guides every project. We design not by imposing form, but by working with natural systems — creating landscapes that are grounded, responsive, and enduring.
Landscape is not a layer added to architecture — it is what shapes it. We believe every site holds a memory, a climate, a character that predates any human intention.
We design environments where built and natural systems work together, guided by ecology, climate, and time. Where water moves as it should. Where shade falls where it must. Where soil is treated not as substrate, but as source.
This is not decoration. This is design thinking rooted in the living world.
Bhootattva is a multidisciplinary landscape architecture studio working across residential estates, boutique hospitality, and large-scale ecological projects. We bring together site ecology, spatial design, and horticultural expertise to create environments that endure — and evolve.
Site-responsive landscape design for residential, hospitality, and institutional environments. From concept to construction documents.
Expert guidance on site potential, plant selection, microclimate analysis, and ecological integrity for new and existing projects.
On-site supervision and collaboration with contractors to ensure design intent is faithfully realised from ground up.
Rainwater harvesting, native planting, soil restoration, and regenerative systems embedded into every project we undertake.
Eco-retreat · Vernacular landscape design for a minimal footprint resort.
Founder & Principal Landscape Architect
Anuriti Dimri Tiwari is a landscape architect with a deep commitment to ecology-led design. Trained in landscape architecture and environmental planning, she has spent over six years working at the intersection of natural systems, spatial experience, and cultural memory.
Her work is characterised by a rigorous understanding of site — of how land breathes, how water moves, and how light shapes place. She believes that landscape design is not about aesthetics alone, but about creating conditions for life to flourish.
Bhootattva was founded on the principle that every site carries an intrinsic wisdom — and that the role of the designer is to listen, respond, and endure.
